Human tragedies continue in the Darfur region, where eyewitnesses have spoken of serious violations committed by the rapid support forces against civilians who tried to escape from the city of El Fasher towards a long local in the state of Darfur du Nord.

According to Najin's accounts, an armed force intercepted in August a group of fleeing near the Qarni region west of Al-Fasher, and beat them before six young men were forced to climb an ambulance. The witnesses added that the blood of these young men was removed without any test, which led to the death of three of them on the way due to bleeding and health complications.
Other testimonies indicate that these practices were not an individual incident, but were rather repeatedly repeated, because the survivors confirmed the death of at least seven other people between the thirty-August due to similar operations.
A spokesperson for the Zamzam camp, Mohamed Khamis Doda, said that around 15 civilians had been killed in the past two weeks on the road connecting Al-Fasher and Tawila, noting that the bodies of many of them are still outdoors. He also explained that Rapid Support established campaign hospitals inside the camp after being converted into a military barracks, where healthy young people are exploited in blood withdrawal operations in favor of the injured militia.
For its part, a spokesperson for the Abu Shok camp confirmed that the emergency room had recently documented the presence of bodies of around 90 filtered civilians on the same road, known locally under the name of “path of death”.
Local sources confirm that rapid support tightens its control on al-Fasher points of sale, making the flight trip responsible for risk, because a large percentage of attempts ends either by killing or in forced detention.
