Referring to the articles disseminated today in certain media platforms, which dealt with the administrative conditions of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, as well as the information and inaccurate jurisprudence which do not have the legal and administrative link, the ministry wishes to clarify the following facts the following facts:
1 -The administrative decisions taken by his Minister of Excellence Saif Al -Nasr Al -Tijani Haroun came in his legal powers and, according to what he entrusted to him the laws and regulations regulating the work of the ministries, these measures took place in an institutional manner and are entirely compatible with force regulations in the state.
2 – What was rumor about the pursuit of one of the leaders of the ministry after reaching retirement age is inaccurate. The ministry is full of commitment to federal regulations on the public service concerning the reference of the pension and the mandate of the workforce, and no exception is practiced outside legal frameworks.
However, with regard to Dr. Essam El -Din, the story of the current assigned agent, the ministry – on the basis of his long experience in the management of the ministry's business, the accumulated technical experience and the high professional efficiency in the field of transport and ports – saw it exceptionally and temporarily during the rest of the current year.
3 – The appointment or exemption from agents of ministries is an exclusive jurisdiction of the Council of Ministers, and the ministry confirms its full commitment to implement what is issued by the estimated council in this regard. In addition, any internal agreement made during the last period came in response to temporary administrative necessities, without leaving legal and institutional frameworks.
4 – The descriptions described by the ministry in certain articles – such as “chaos” and “administrative absurdity” – are not based on objective data and are incompatible with the professional and moral values ​​of journalistic work, because they affect the reputation of public institutions without real justification. It was better than their owners to refer to the official authorities before the publication of such allegations.
5 – The ministry confirms that its doors are open to all media and journalists anxious to obtain the correct information of its reliable sources and encourage direct communication with the Department of Media and Public Relations concerning any request or information related to ministerial work.
6 – The ministry maintains all its legal right to take the necessary measures for any attempt to disseminate false information or campaigns to deceive public opinion or deliberate the abuse of the execution of state institutions without counting on official documents or proofs.
In conclusion:-
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport renews its assertion of its full commitment to transparency, the rule of law and institutional work, because it calls for national media to adhere to professionalism and to work to serve public interest, and helps to improve citizens' confidence in official institutions, far from emotional descriptions or jurisprudence that lacks objectivity and reliable sources.
