The Minister of State of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has witnessed the distribution of the state of the Nile, with a value of 154 million pounds for people affected by torrential rains

The Governor of the State of the Nile, Dr. Muhammad Al -Badawi Abdel -Majid, witnessed the delivery ceremony of the support provided by the Zakat State Office to the people affected by the rains and the torrential rains that swept the state recently, which was (154) million pounds. It was allocated (104) million pounds for the locality of Al-Damers, (30) million for the locality of Al-Matmah and (20) million for the town of Shendi. Cash support has also been provided worth one million pounds for each of the victims of torrents and rain, who had (23) people.
During his speech to the convoy that the Zakat state office, the state of torrential rains and rain in the locality of Damer, in the presence of the Minister of State of the Ministry of Human Resources and Federal Social Development, Salima Isaac, stressed that the Zakat office remained at any time present, providing support to people affected in time.
He added that this support reflects the exceptional performance and the solid assessment of the Diwan, which has done this work in its ideal calendar, highlighting the government of the standing state alongside citizens in good and bad.
For his part, Minister Salim Isaac welcomed the efforts of the Zakat office, who presented distinguished work during the war period, investigating the funds of Zakat to serve the Sudanese man and reaching citizens very quickly.
She pointed out that the state of the Nile is able to provide services despite the movement of travel, noting that the social institutions of the State, represented in the Ministry of Social Protection and the Office of Zakat, have reached all the affected areas in recent days and have provided the necessary assistance.
In the same context, the secretary general of the Zakat office in the state of the Nile, Suleiman Ali Abdullah, explained that this support provided to the locality of Damer is a duty towards affected people and includes all the administrative units of the premises, including the distribution of foodstuffs such as wheat and corn.
