During a field visit led by the Department of Media and Public Relations of the General Administration of Passports and Immigration, led by the Major Sarah Seif El -Din, a great congestion of citizens was monitored in the complex, in their effort to extract identification documents and the completion of various transactions. For his Part, Brigadier General Ahmed Mohamed Ali, The Department of Al -Sayed, Director of the Public Services Complex in Banat Omdman, Said that the work has been resumed in the Complex, Especially in the Services of Passports and the Civil Registry, Which Includes Extract the National Number, Institute Certificates and Death, Fishes Services for the purpose of Travel, Social Status Examination, Arms Licenses Extract, Licensing Renewal, Traffic Works and Certificates for the examination of chassis for stolen vehicles, as well as civil defense services.
He revealed that the passport printing plant in the complex after its completion, adding that work was underway to bring the complex back to its first career. He added that the program and printing of the national card will be launched soon, noting that the number of transactions carried out since the start of real work on August 4 at thirty-time of the same month reached more than 20,000 different transactions.
In the same context, Colonel Abdel -Muttalib Ahmed Mohamed Omar, director of the passport room of the public services complex at Banat Omdman, said that 3,200 passports had been extracted since the opening of the complex on August third, stressing that the administration is working to provide services to the public with great efficiency.
