A declaration of conviction and denunciation
The terrorist support militia continues to commit its heinous crimes and its systematic targeting of the members of the tribe, and in a dangerous precedent, the militia made the militia on the evening of Monday, September 2025, the kidnapping:
1. Mr. Muhammad Abkar Hassan Hamdeen – Member of the Council of Shura Bani Halba and the mayor of the Bazzaji tribe
2. M. Abdul Qadir Musa Ahmed – Notables from the tribe of the city of Zalingi.
This criminal act is a qualitative targeting of wise societal leaders who played a leading role in stability and the fact of filling the social rift and building coexistence bridges in the state of central darfur in the light of complex ethnic conflicts, and without any guilt, the militia has kidnapped them.
Consequently, we are:
We are responsible for the militia management in the integrity of the kidnappers, and we affirm that these crimes constitute a blatant violation of human rights and international humanitarian law, and constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity according to the status of Rome of the International Criminal Court.
We also take responsibility for all those who have facilitated, participated or hidden, including the isolated theme, Tom Al -hadi Issa Dabke, who was thrown into the arms of the militia, and made an oppression tool with his family and his clan.
The Shura Council confirms that it will take all legal measures and continue the people involved, individuals and destinations, before the national and international courts, keep them responsible for their murder, their abduction and their severe violation against civilians in isolation.
We are in the council of Shura de Bani Halba, as we declare this post, we affirm that the protection of the members of the tribe, their dignity and their rights represent a duty which is not negligent, and that justice will continue to pursue all those who stain its hands with the blood of the innocent people and have attacked the holiness of the safe.
